Early Brain cancer tumor symptoms

Brain cancer is very dangerous, to be able to recognize early on, better if we know what are the symptoms that appear as early sign of brain cancer patients.

The symptoms of brain cancer may include:
1. Attack of seizures.

2. Gradually loss of movement or sensation in the arm or leg

3. Easily swayed or loss of balance, especially as in causes by headache

4. Loss of vision in one or both eyes

5. Blurred vision that caused by headaches

6. Hearing loss, accompanied by dizziness or without dizziness

7. Gradually lose the ability to speak

8. Other symptoms that may be occur are nausea or vomiting are worse in the morning, confusion and disorientation, as well as and memory loss (dementia).

Try to recognize early symptoms of brain cancer, and immediately go to the nearest hospital when symptoms such that appear.

Brain Cancer Treatment

Many people must be wondering about brain cancer treatment techniques, There are several steps about the treatment of Brain Cancer in some medical center or hospital. Why this brain cancer need special treatment ? Because Brain cancer is a very difficult cancer. These tumors have the capacity to grow fast and spread in an aggressive manner, which is known as metastasis. They grow out of control and push out normal healthy cells with devastating effects. Brain tumors are difficult mainly because of the brain tissue they are around. Other types of cancer are much more easily removed and can be accessed much easier than going through your skull and operating around your brain tissue.

Certain symptoms could be indicative of brain cancer. They are chronic headaches, weakness, difficulty in walking, seizures, clumsiness in actions, reduced memory or concentration, nausea and vomiting, vision defects, speech difficulty and other motor skill difficulties. Brain cancer treatment is typically individual-specific. The physician would take into consider the age and general health condition of the patient, along with the size, type and location of the tumor. Brain cancer treatment involves consultation with several specialists like neurosurgeons, oncologists, radiologists, dieticians, and physiotherapists, apart from the primary physician.

Brain cancer treatment is normally done by surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy or a combination of these three methods. A benign tumor could safely be removed by surgery. A modern method of surgery, which is a knife less technology, is training of high-energy radiation from different angles on the tumor. The recovery time is much shorter in this 'gamma knife' surgery. However, before the surgery is done, the doctor might prescribe a steroid medication to relieve swelling or an anti convulsant drug to prevent or reduce seizures.

Radiation therapy could be external and internal. In external therapy, the brain tumor is targeted with high-energy radiation beams. This treatment is given for a few minutes for 5 days a week and for 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the size and type of tumor. Internal radiation is done by implanting a small radioactive capsule inside the tumor. This treatment might take several weeks and would require hospitalization for that period.

Chemotherapy is the administration of a powerful drug or a combination of such drugs to kill tumor cells. Chemotherapy is normally done in 2 to 4 cycles of treatment, each cycle consisting of a short period of intense medication with enough rest and recovery period after that. However, chemotherapy is not suitable for most brain cancer patients, because very few chemotherapies cross the blood brain barrier so it is useless to give them, and the stronger the medications the more side effects that will cause other consequences and effects on the body. .

Even after undergoing brain cancer treatment, regular follow-up tests and checkups are needed to make sure that there is no recurrence of brain cancer. The physician would also watch the long-term effect of the treatment for corrective action, if needed. The success rate is typically less than 10%.

What is a Brain Cancer and Brain tumor ?

What is brain cancer ?
Brain cancer is a serious condition about your brain health, Brain cancer have another name as "Meningioma" and "Glioma". When an individual has this type of cancer, it means that there are abnormal cells growing in the brain. This form of cancer may growing up from the brain cells that are considered to be primary, but it could growing up from other specific cells in the certain locations of brain.

What is Brain Tumor?

When an individual has brain cancer, it indicates that they also have a brain tumor. The abnormal cell growth that indicates brain cancer is referred to as a tumor. Tumors, while abnormal, are not always cancerous. Those that are simple growths and are not cancerous are identified as "Benign". Tumors that are found to possess cells that are cancerous are identified as "Malignant".

If these tumors are identified in the brain or the area surrounding the brain, they are considered to be quite serious and even have the potential to be life-threatening. This is mostly due to the fact that the cancer contained within these tumors has the capability of spreading in a rapid fashion. Tumors are further identified as "Primary" and "Secondary" among medical professionals.

Coffee and tea can reduce brain tumor or brain cancer risk

Brain tumor is so rampant these days, the way how to prevent brain tumor itself also has been widely discussed by both online and offline media. One way known to prevent brain tumor or brain cancer, according to a recent study in the United States is by consuming tea and coffee.

Consuming coffee or tea regularly may lower the risk of brain cancer. An international study involving 410 thousand men and women aged 25 to 70 years to prove, coffee and tea have an ingredient that can prevent glioma, what is glioma ? it is a cancer or tumor that attacks the central nervous system or spinal cord.

"Consuming 100 milliliters or a quarter of a cup of tea or coffee per day can reduce the risk of gliomas by 34 percent," said John S. Yu, researchers from The Brain Tumor Center of Excellence at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, United States. "This discovery really surprising. Figures as much as 34 percent risk reduction is a major advance. Currently we are investigating whether there are other factors that cause decline in this risk." he said.

Consuming coffee and tea is a simple way to prevent brain tumor, So what are you waiting for? but remember, not consuming it too much (especially coffe) a cup or two a day is enough.

Signs of Brain Cancer cell begin to grow

There are several symptoms of Brain Cancer, Usually started with headache, and memory lost. Maybe this article helping you to know what are the symptoms usually occur to early Brain cancer patient.
Brain cancer can have a variety of symptoms ranging from headache to stroke. Recognize some of the symptoms that occur as a prelude to brain cancer. Parts of the brain that control different functions are different, so the symptoms of brain cancer can vary greatly depending on location. Brain cancer is a frightening mimic of other neurological disorders, and many common symptoms may indicate other medical conditions. The best way to determine whether you have a brain tumor is doing scans (MRI, CT scan or PET scan) of the brain.

The symptoms of brain cancer may include:
1. A new seizure attack for adults.

2. Loss of movement or sensation in the arm or leg slowly.

3. Easily swayed / loss of balance, especially while headache.

4. Loss of vision in one or both eyes.

5. Blurred vision, especially while headache.

6. Hearing loss with or without dizziness

7. Gradually lose the ability to speak

8. Other symptoms may also include nausea or vomiting are become more worse in the morning, confusion and disorientation, and also memory loss (dementia).

Mobile phone signals cause brain cancer?

Is it true that mobile phone signals cause brain cancer? Of course, many people wonder whether this is true or not, a study in Europe in 2009 states that mobile phone signals led to increased percentage of brain cancer about 10-30% compared with those who rarely use a mobile phone.

The European Environment Agency has stepped up and warned against the use of mobile phones in children because they have their entire lives ahead of them with exposure to radio frequencies and radiation. John Bucher, the associate director of the National Toxicology Program, testified before the Senate's Health and Human Services Committee. He stated that cell phone radiation penetrates deeper into a child's brain because of the configuration of a young, growing skull.

Several studies of a Swedish researcher have been published with the following key findings:
  • For every 100 hours of cell phone use, the risk of brain cancer increases by 5%. For every year of use, the risk of brain cancer increases by 8%.
  • After 10 or more years of digital cell phone use, there was a 280% increased risk of brain cancer.
  • For digital cell phone users who were teenagers or younger when they first started using mobile phones, there was a 420% increased risk of brain cancer.
In addition, why is it clearly stated in the fine print of cell phone manuals to use caution regarding radio frequencies and warnings about keeping the phone as far away from the body as possible? Radiation decreases as the square of the distance from the phone. The farther the phone is from your body, the less radiation exposure. One example is the Blackberry 8300 which clearly states: "When using any data feature of the Blackberry device, with or without a USB cable, keep the device at least.98 inches from your body and it should not be worn or carried on the body." This is clear enough for me that the cell phone manufacturers know the potential dangers of radiation.

Things you can do to reduce the chances of brain cancer from mobile phone signals is as follows:
  • Put your phone in the "flight" or "off-line" mode when carrying, storing, or charging it.  This stops the electromagnetic emissions.
  • Avoid carrying your cell phone on your body or storing it near your body at night.
  • Use a wired headset (not Bluetooth!) or the speaker-phone mode to keep the phone as far from your body as possible while talking.
  • Switch sides of your head regularly while talking.
  • Use text messaging instead of talking.
  • Choose a device with the lowest SAR possible.  SAR stands for specific absorption rate, a measure of the strength of electromagnetic fields.
  • Children should only use cell phones near their heads for emergencies.  Texting away from the body is safer for children than talking on a cell phone.
  • Avoid using the phone while the signal is weak or when moving at high speeds as in a car or train.  This increases the power to the phone as it tries to stay connected.
Until more research is done that is not funded by the phone industry I will treat this as if cell phone radiation is in fact detrimental to my health. It is better to be safe than sorry and the studies that show an increased risk of brain tumors are simply too compelling to ignore. Use the simple steps outlined in this article and choose a phone with a low SAR to protect yourself from potential damage.

Survival rate of Brain Cancer

The term of a brain cancer patient to survive is dependent on various criteria, such as brain cancer location and size of brain cancer. In general, brain cancer patient usually can survive within a period of 1-2 years.

Survival factors, Some factors that could affect the five-year survival for cancer patients. These include tumor size, location in the brain, the nature and severity of cancer, stage of cancer and overall health of patients.
Survival statistics are based are based on large numbers of people, and should not be used to predict an individual patient's survival.
A patient has a lot of age survived for him with brain tumors, such as reducing the possibility of its relationship with age. After healthline.com have children at the age of 14, 73 percent chance to live five years, while the rate dropped to 55 percent for young adults between 15 and 44 patients aged 45-64 Central has 16 percent survival rate, and parents have high levels survival of only 5 percent.
Despite the grim statistics, have shown that the combination of radiation and chemotherapy can prolong the life of a brain cancer patient, and in some cases even improve the quality of life, while patients who did not live to provide treatment for so long.

Brain tumors are presented here about the relative survival rate is based. Overall 5-year relative survival rate of brain cancer for 1995-2001 was 33.3 percent.
Relative survival rate for 5-year brain cancer by race and gender are as follows:

• 32.1 percent for Caucasian men
• 33.5 percent for Caucasian women
• 37.7 percent for male African-American
• 37.5 percent for African-American women.

Stage Four Brain Cancer survival rate statistics indicate that the negative psychological and emotional stress is responsible for about 85% of physical disorders.

There is no direct relationship between negative emotional and cancer, but there is evidence that negative emotional experiences and mental stress weakens the immune system. And negative emotional experiences effect your body?

After the cancer patients, the amount of stress and negative emotions will automatically increase. Negative emotional experiences disrupt the energy flow in the human body.
